This village cooperates with four external partners who are interested in your project work.
StudiebyEN, NTNU Office of International Relations and NTNU Alumni
All these partners are interested in finding out which factors make up a good international student city and what are the needs of international students in Trondheim.
- StudiebyEN: An association whose purpose is to strengthen the city's position as a student city, and which hopes to improve inclusion of international students in existing services. The members of the association are: SiT (Studentsamskibnaden i Trondheim - student services in Trondheim), Trondheim municipality, BI (Norwegian Business School), NTNU, HiST (Sør-Trøndelag University College), DMMH (Queen Maud University College of Early Childhood Education), Sør-Trøndelag County Authority and several student organizations.
- NTNU Office of International Relations: A resource centre that provides services for the entire university, as well as foreign students studying at NTNU and NTNU students who want to take part of their education abroad.
- NTNU Alumni: NTNU Alumni is a network consisting of current and former students and employees of NTNU. The network consists of more than 27 000 members. NTNU Alumni encourages students in this village to explore how the alumni network can become an arena for developing a good international student city, and they are particularly interested in the transfer of information and experiences between former and new international students.
Visit Trondheim
A company that works with the tourism and marketing of Trondheim. When the semester starts in August, the company's office in the city centre is frequently visited by international students asking questions about the city.
Visit Trondheim is concerned with questions such as: How can we communicate information about the Trondheim to international students who are new in the city? What do international students say about Trondheim after they have studied here?
